Ha-pen Historic Trail (Part 2)

The first day, it rained cats and dogs, so we put on the raincoat and move forward. Climbing mountains is fun, but in the rainy day it was not really fun. I felt a little bit upset, but after a few hours, the rain stopped, it became sunny. I believed that the weather in the mountains changes heavily is true after I experienced it. About noon, we stopped to have lunch nearby a stream. The water of the stream was clean and cool. We take some water to make coffee. After the lunch, we moved forward again. The distance to the camp land was about 6km, but it took much time because we have big backpack and the road is mountain road. When we arrived the camp land, it was about 5 pm. Although all of us were tired and hungry, we should began to prepare for dinner before it became dark. At night, I saw many stars shinning in the sky. I have never seen so much stars shinning in the sky. At that moment, I felt it was worthy that I took much time and strength to arrive this place.

Ha-pen Historic Trail (Part 1)

Ha-pen Historic Trail, which is called 哈盆越嶺古道 in Chinese, is my first trip after I joined to the club of mountain climbing. So, I felt so excited about everything was going to experience. Before the trip, many friends had asked me about why do I begin to climb mountains or go hiking. At that moment, it really difficult to answer their question because I did not know the answer, either. Maybe I was just curious about the places I had never been.

About this blog

Hello everyone, this is the first blog that I have ever made. So, in the beginning, it really hard for me to decide what topic to do. Finally, I made up my mind to write about my hobbit--doing exercise, especially mountain climbing and hiking. In the third grade of my university, I joined to he club of mountain climbing. From then on, I climbed many mountains and went to many hiking trails with my friends in the leisure time. I do learned a lot when I began to get closed to the mother nature. It not only made me take account of the cooperation between team members, but also made me begin to consider about the relation between human beings and nature. So, I will try my best to share the experience and reflections of adventures.
